Treatment programs

Treatment Programs

Our structured programs span the full continuum of care — from early intervention to intensive daily treatment.

PREV

Prevention & Early Intervention

Entry level
Flexible

Proactive programs designed to identify behavioral health risk factors early and prevent the escalation of mental health and substance use conditions. Ideal for individuals experiencing early warning signs or those at elevated risk.

Who is this for?

Individuals with early warning signs, those at elevated risk, or anyone seeking proactive mental wellness support.

OP

Outpatient Services (OP)

Low intensity
1–2 sessions/week

Flexible outpatient therapy and psychiatric services that fit around your daily life. Outpatient care is ideal for individuals with mild to moderate symptoms who have a stable home environment and strong support system.

Who is this for?

Adults with mild to moderate symptoms who can maintain daily responsibilities while receiving weekly therapy and/or psychiatric care.

IOP

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Moderate intensity
3–5 days/week, 3 hrs/day

A structured treatment program providing intensive group and individual therapy several days per week. IOP offers more support than standard outpatient care while allowing clients to live at home and maintain work or family responsibilities.

Who is this for?

Adults who need more support than weekly therapy but do not require full-day programming. Often used as a step-down from PHP or a step-up from OP.

PHP

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

High intensity
5 days/week, 6 hrs/day

PHP provides full-day clinical programming five days per week — the most intensive level of outpatient care. Clients receive comprehensive therapy, psychiatric services, and skills training without an overnight stay, returning home each evening.

Who is this for?

Adults requiring intensive daily support who do not need 24-hour inpatient care. PHP is often used as a step-down from inpatient hospitalization.

PRP

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP)

Long-term
Individualized

PRP provides long-term, community-based rehabilitation services for individuals living with serious mental illness. The program focuses on building life skills, increasing independence, improving social functioning, and supporting community integration.

Who is this for?

Adults with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI) who need ongoing support to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

MAT

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Medical + therapeutic
Ongoing, individualized

MAT combines FDA-approved medications (such as buprenorphine/naloxone) with counseling and behavioral therapies to treat opioid and alcohol use disorders. MAT reduces cravings, prevents withdrawal, and significantly improves long-term recovery outcomes.

Who is this for?

Adults with opioid or alcohol use disorders who would benefit from medication support alongside counseling and behavioral therapy.
